Our terms & conditions are as follows:
1. For order RM 50 and above - 50% down payment(deposits) of the total sum will be collected upon confirmation of order, and the balance 50% shall be payable before delivery of products.
2. For Order RM 50.00 and below – 100% payment upon confirmation
3. All payments shall be made payable to OLE OLE ENTERPRISE
4. Bank account number will be emailed to you once you confirm your order. Please bank-in your payment and once the payment is clear, we will send out the item to you.
5. Any cancellation upon confirmation, deposits will not be refunded. Applicable for order RM 50.00 and above.
6. We will use Pos Laju service to deliver the items to your doorstep or office (please allow 1 to 2 days for delivery during weekdays). Postage fee will be charged on top of the items bough t(please refer to Pos Laju Rates section belowe).
7. Please also note that any items sent out are not returnable nor exchangeable, and we are also not responsible for any lost or damages caused during delivery. **NOTE: Please email us at oleole2u@gmail.com for any orders or you can fill in the order form
For Hampers:
1. Order(s) need to be placed at least 3 weeks prior to delivery.

3. In order to ensure that the gift basket of your selection is readily available, we encourage you to submit your orders as early as possible (especially during festive seasons). Special discounts/promotions are also available for early birds. In order that any products became unavailable at the time of production Ole Ole reserved the right to substitute them with familiar flowers/ribbons or products of equal or greater value
